GoldenBerry builds its own products and takes on client builds. AI agents for every team, photo publishing, dive operations at the edge of the map. Nothing we make is built to blend in.

Opinionated by default.

We build apps that put the person using them in charge. Five principles decide what ships and what we walk away from.

    Your skills stay yours.

    Our tools make you better at what you already do. They never make you dependent on what we built. You bring the craft, we sharpen it.

  2. 02

    Less on purpose.

    We say no more than we say yes. Every feature has to earn its place. If it doesn't serve you directly, it doesn't ship.

    We don't make things shitty.

    No ads injected into what you paid for. No features gutted and sold back as premium. No lock-in that keeps you around while the product rots. No dark patterns. If you stay, it's because it's good, not because leaving is hard.

    Own it, don't rent it.

    We hate the subscription treadmill as much as you do. If it doesn't cost us money every month, it won't cost you money every month. Pay once and own it. When something genuinely runs on our servers, you pay for that and nothing more.

    Built from experience, not assumptions.

    We don't build for imaginary users. Every product starts with a real frustration we've lived. Then we craft the thing we wished existed.

    AI specialists for every role at your company.

    A bundle of AI agents you install into Claude, the AI assistant. One agent per role, fluent in that role's vocabulary and wired to the tools the team already uses, from HubSpot to Snowflake. Sales preps calls, engineers ship PRs, finance closes the month.

    Photo publishing for photographers. Upload your shots, get captions that sound like you wrote them, schedule the post for when your audience is awake, and send it straight to Instagram. Your evenings go back to being evenings.

  3. Misool Divesite Manager

    The whiteboard became a real-time ops board.

    Misool is a dive resort and reef sanctuary at the remote end of Raja Ampat. We replaced the whiteboard its ops team ran bookings on with a live board, a map that tracks every boat through the day, and an AI companion that drafts WhatsApp replies while a rule engine checks every slot.
